COVID-19 Update

In this constantly changing landscape, our clinics are open to serve you within a safe and healthy environment.

Dear C-health Patients and Guests,

Your health and safety, and that of our team members is important to us. We have put new proactive, precautionary measures in place with a view to help keep everyone safe and healthy for your visit to C-health. Throughout this period, C-health has closely followed guidance from AHS and have diligently put this into practice.
As we have patients with multiple complex illnesses, we feel that a proactive and comprehensive strategy makes the most sense.

Please reschedule your appointment or speak to our administration team, if any of the following criteria apply:

  1. If you are feeling unwell with flu like symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose or difficulty breathing,
  2. If you have traveled outside of Canada and returned after February 27, 2020,
  3. If you or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19
  4. If you have been exposed to someone with flu-like symptoms and they have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days

This self-assessment tool is very useful to identify who should self-isolate. Furthermore you can find reliable information about COVID-19 at https://www.ahs.ca/covid19. If you are feeling unwell with flu like symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose or difficulty breathing, please contact Health Link by dialing 8-1-1 or contact your family physician for appropriate medical guidance. Proceed to you nearest emergency department if this is a medical emergency.

In addition to screening all patients and visitors entering the clinic, we have either added to or modified a number of our clinic processes.
